Are the products authentic?

Each of our items go through a rigorous authentication process and is analyzed by either in-house or third-party experts. Multiple factors are taken into consideration that include but are not limited to stitching, certificates, serial numbers, date codes, hardware, style number, quality, and other unique identifiers.

Where are your product sourced?

We source our products from a variety of places that include local consignment shops, local vendors, online third-party platforms, and global certified vendors.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and International orders are shipped via DHL and USPS/EMS. International shipping costs calculated at checkout. 

Can I return or cancel my order?

In order to meet the current demand and given the nature of sourcing inventory, all sales are final. Please be sure to review all pictures and ask any questions prior to making a purchase.

How can I tell the item condition?

We strive to be as detailed as possible when describing products. We are happy to provide additional information and/or pictures upon request by direct messaging our instagram account at @luxestylecollective_. Please keep in mind we specialize in pre-loved designer handbags which can range from “Like New” to “Fair” condition. The guide is as follows:

  • Like New: Close to new condition, no noticeable flaws
  • Mint: Lightly used condition, no noticeable flaws
  • Excellent: Lightly used, minor flaws (barely noticeable)
  • Good: Good used condition, minor flaws or signs of wear
  • Fair: Good used condition, visible wears and tears

Do you accept payments outside of the website?

If your preferred payment option is not available on this website, We accept payments through Zelle or CashApp. Please send us a direct message on Instagram at @luxestylecollective_ or email info@luxestylecollective.com to complete your order.

Do you offer payment plans?
